The Magruder & Khan Team

Bill Magruder and Azam Khan have been a team for over 20 years and their group has grown to six licensed team members.  

About us:

• Bill Magruder has been in real estate for over forty years and has earned a reputation as being one of the most hard working and successful agents in the business.  His referral base is very large which helps greatly in the sales and marketing of all properties.
• Azam Khan has been in the business for over twenty years and has earned a reputation for working hard and productively.  His prior background is in Information Technology and Civil Engineering which allows him to bring those skills sets into the marketing and selling of real estate.  Azam was born in England and came to the States after High School so has a strong local and international background, too. 
•  Collectively, Bill & and Azam work seven days a week so that they are as available as possible to meet all their clients needs.
•  They have a licensed full time assistant so that if they are not available someone can always be reached.
•  Bill and Azam are based out of the Long and Foster (Lake Roland) office - which offers them a high profile city office to promote their properties, but they are just below the County line allowing them good County presence.  In addition, they do work in Anne Arundel, Harford and Howard Counties.
